D&D is committed to the protection of your personal data. This document explains how we handle personal data. D&D does everything possible to guarantee your privacy and therefore handles personal data with care.
D&D adheres in all cases to the applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation. This entails that we in any case:
Process personal data in accordance with the purpose for which it was provided.
The processing of personal data is limited to only those data, which are minimally necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.
Asking for express consent to process personal data.
Have taken appropriate technical and/or organizational measures regarding the security of personal data.
Not disclose personal data to other parties unless necessary to carry out the purposes for which it was provided.
Processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Handling online transactions.
- Delivering orders
This includes the following personal data (depending on the nature of the transaction):
- Name,
- Address, zip code and city,
- (Mobile) Phone number,
- Email address.
Provision to third parties
Your personal data may be processed by third parties as necessary to carry out the purposes described above or as required and permitted by law. For example, we use fulfillment partners to deliver your orders.
D&D never provides personal data to other parties with whom no processing agreement has been concluded. Strict agreements are made with these parties (processors) with regard to personal data security.
We do not provide personal data to parties located outside the EU.
Retention period
D&D does not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it is provided or required by law.
Rights of data subject
The data subject has the right to inspection, rectification, transfer or deletion of personal data. It is also possible to object to the processing of personal data (or part thereof) by us or by one of our processors.

Until when will data be kept?
The stored data contains low minimal sensitive information. Because we also want to do analyses in the future and compare them with today’s data, we store the data indefinitely unless otherwise indicated below.
If you would like your data to be deleted in the interim, please let us know via email, phone or letter.
Form: Contact
Data: When sending our contact form, we collect the following data:
- Name
- Company
- Email address
- Phone number
- Question/Comment
Objective: we process your data to process your question or comments and contact you if necessary.
Analysis: we may use your information for our own internal analysis, marketing policy and improvements to the website so that we can better serve you.
Form: Newsletter Subscription
Objective: we will process your email address so we can send you periodic mailing.
Analysis: We may use your data for internal analysis in order to improve our service. From a sent mailing we analyze whether a mailing has been read (by downloading the images herein) and whether any of the URL links herein have been clicked on and when, so that we can determine the success of the mailing and the messages herein.
Unsubscribe: If the unsubscribe link in the mailing itself is clicked, and confirmed, we will add your email address to our “unsubscribed” table. We only use this table to further prevent the system from sending any further mailings.
